Soverign Hill
After a quick flight to the GC to celebrate one of my faves 40th, we jet setter back to Melbourne on Sunday afternoon, met at the airport by briony with the kids. We drove to Ballarat, and went and watched Blood on the Southern Cross at Soverign Hill (not overly impressed). We then spent all day Monday at Soverign Hill, panning for gold, candle dipping, discovering underground mines, watching lollies being made and dressing up. A fun day! Now we are all back in the house we hired snuggled up watching movies with the heater on, it’s freezing!

Not so happy Halloween
On Tuesday morning we woke to find that our beautiful boy Leo had been killed by a fox.
Our darling boy was such a big part of our family and will be sadly missed. I waited to tell the kids, until after their friends left from trick or treating. They were distraught to say the least.
We love you Leo - R.I.P BUNNY BOY
Wednesday happened to be “career day” at school, dress up as what you want to be when you’re older. Harry was then adamant he would go as a fox hunter. He did, and he wasn’t shy to tell anyone,
Holly went as an actress and Lucy as an explorer.
