My happy little brother Harry - is such a smilie Pie!

cooking up a storm while Mamma fed Harry this afternoon

Harry is just besotted with Holly. He is intruiged, amazed and totally in love with her.

Off to kindy this morning - do you like my dress Aunty B?

another crazy day with my cousins yesterday
such good friends

and then we fell off the couch!

No, I am not blogging about baby dolls today - this one is Leopard by the way! My daughter is OBSESSED with my camera. She has been for quite some time now. Harry even gave her her very own camera when he was born, but no, mummy one takes a much better picture apparently. My camera is constanly filled with pics like these, and other very random photos. Actually she is quite the budding photographer - a lot of the pictures on here of Andrew and I - Holly has taken - always in frame and well lined up - the only thing that gets to me is the battery is always dead when I want to use the camera!

I have been meaning to blog this photo for ages. It is one of my favourites. Taken in Moama on our annual Australia day holiday. Our two favourite boys xx

Harry Pie - chowing down on vegemite toast for breaky

Valentines day for us has shifted, from gourmet surprise breakfasts and romantic dinners out, to this year - a night in the lounge room! The kids went to bed, the music went on, and we had a beautiful candle light dinner for two - at the coffee table! We wouldn't have changed it for the world - And this beautiful bouquet just topped it off!

we took one of Auny Gabe and Chillis favourite recipes today and made SLIME!!!
then we tried to make paper mache - but the balloons kept popping so we just stuck to slime!

I hid in here - quiet as a mouse - for about 10 minutes the other day - playing hide-n-seek

Sound the church bells ... THE BOY CAN CRAWL!

I have been dying to write this post, and even though it is a week early, to hell with it, Im going to do it anyway! Our little man is 8 months old next week. I still cannot believe it. It seems only yesterday he was all bundled up and had that amazing newborn smell - which is, in its self, still enough to make me want to go back for more! Anyway enough rambling from an already clucky mother, Harry crawled, properly, for the first time today! No, not commando which he has been doing for awhile, but full on, up on all 4's crawling! And we got the very first real crawl on video. He is just a darling, he loves his food - today he so very proudly scoffed his first vegemite sandwich - followed by a tub of hummus! He chatters all the time, and squeals with delight when we play peek-a-boo. On the weekend Miles and Win were around and Winnie waved at him - and he waved back! I couldn't believe it, so she did it again, and he waved back! It was a pretty good party trick for a sunday afternoon and I think he was quite proud of himself! Our little Pie is eating 3 BIG meals a day, only wakes once a night (around 11am) for a feed, and still loves being read too. I just can't wait until he wakes up from his nap now to see him crawl again!!!

His giggles are infectious and his smiles are heart melting xx

This Huggies box was a huge hit during grizzling hour the other day ... it occupied these two cherubs for about half an hour!

my new favourite toys is a simple pair of scissors that Aunty Nickee bought me recently. I love cutting! I cut pieces of paper into a gazillion pieces and spread them from one end of the house to the other like confetti! Mamma said I am very clever .. but i sense she says something more sinister when I go to bed and the clean up begins!!!
Daddy and I made people!

I helped Mamma make a batch of "Harry food" yesterday.
I spooned all the mixture into containers to freeze.

Harry is now sitting like a pro. Those legs, those rolls, those arms ... don't you just want to eat him!
Freeman-Vico cousins.
7.5 months * 3 months * 3 years young

Thanks for the outfits Nanny

I love you Marley ... but don't get too close, that ear looks rather tasty!

I'm sorry our posts have been few and far between for the past couple of weeks. But the good news is WE SOLD THE HOUSE!!! Sold in 3 day, record price for the estate and an exceptional job done by Jorge and the team at Ray White!!!!
We are now relaxing (and they kids now have all their toys back!!!)

All the Loadsmans (minus Pappa Bear) visited us the other day. Holly and Tom had a great time together (more cheers from us - Bali is now only 3 months away!) They spun the afternoon away on Hollys Ikea egg chair - a birthday present she hasn't stopped using!

Holly can draw people! Missy Moo declared aloud to me the other day "Mamma, I drew people!" and that she did ... clever little possum!

Although it is not his first time in the water (he already love to swim!) it was Harrys first official swimming lesson!!! Needless to say he loved it .... and so did his daddy!

And Holly swimming like a big girl all by herself without Daddy!

Harry's first swimming lesson with Daddy!

Holly also had her first lesson - all by herself!

We have been counting down the sleeps and finally Aunty Pol and Marley arrived! It was so good to see them ... Aunty Pol even cut my hair ...

morning snuggles with Marley

Harry Pie has graduated to the kids seat, not the baby seat!

Our house is now officially on the market, I now have the enduring job of keeping it sparkling clean for the next few weeks - easier said than done with two cherubs!
Incase you didn't know - We bought a new house!

So I thought I should fill you in on our last week.
On Thursday we headed up to Moama for our annual Australia Day weekend away. We were all very excited, we packed up the car (with an obsene amount of luggage) and headed up the Hume. We stopped in Tatura at Aunty Nickees to feed Harry Pie, just as we were leaving, Mamma noticed my face was a bit red...... anyway I will let Mamma fill you in on the rest .......
By the time we got to Moama an hour later, Hollys face was mildly swollen, we weren't sure what from but all the chemists were closed. Just to double check, I called Nurse on Call, they didn't seem to concerned. An hour and a half later, we were unpacked and getting ready to put Holly to bed, the swelling was slowly getting worse, but still mild. I decided to sleep in the bed with her to keep an eye on her. I woke up at 1am and totally freaked out, her whole face was completly swollen, I grabbed her out of bed and we headed to Echuca Hospital. They didn't seem too concerned as it wasn't affecting her airways, she was given a antihistimane and monitered for 4 hours. Although she looks terrible in the photos, she was completly fine. She was laughing and chatting to the nurses and we were singing and taking photos with my phone. We both ended up falling asleep on the hospital bed in the emergency room for an hour before being told we could leave. We all went to sleep and Andrew was at the chemist at the crack of dawn to get some medication. He woke her up at 9am to give it to her, I took one look at her when she woke and burst into tears, the swelling had got worse! The poor chicken, her eyes were so swollen she couldn't see proply and was tripping over thing on the floor. So Andrew & her headed straight back to the emergency room. A long story short, she had an allergic reaction to "something"? we think maybe suncream, and it wasn't threatening in any way. It is now Monday night and the swelling is almost gone, but she has been left with very red dry skin, which may take a few more days to heal .... needless to say I will be straight off to have her allergy tested!
Poor little possum, we felt so bad for you Holly.
You are a trouper though and you took it all in your stride, not complaining once.
We love you xx
