Happy 10th birthday darling heart ❤️

Double digits just like that! I can’t believe you are growing so quickly. We love you so much and you love us so fiercely as well. You are still a little firecracker and have so much spunk and fun. You just love being with us all and being a part of anything Holly and Harry do. You and Harry spend a lot of time together riding bikes, basketball and playing outside. You idolize Holly and when she takes you out you are in your element. You have a wicked sense of humor and so much love to give. You can still loose it quicker than anyone I’ve ever seen but recover just as quickly. You like to do things in your own time and learn from your own mistakes. You are smart and good with numbers.
You have just started playing basketball and love it. All you wanted for your birthday was. Bedroom makeover and you were beside yourself with excitement when it arrived!
We love you beyond all words baby girl, keep growing strong and independent.
Love you xx

She finally made to to her first camp!!

After missing year 3 camp and year 4 camp this year the school managed to squeeze a camp in this week! Amazing!
Lucy had a ball, in a cabin with 9 girls all friends. Apparently they didn’t go to sleep until 2am on the first night!

First basketball game- A BIG WIN!!!

Harry’s first game today and he played like an absolute star! I was so impressed! They - Wasps - win 49-4!
Harry even shot a goal!

A lovely write up

Mitcham community meals

This weekend we prepared food to feed 60 local homeless and disadvantaged people.
The kids helped Andrew make the pasta sauce yesterday and Lucy and I made 7 batches of double chocolate brownies. The kids used their “giving” money to pay for the majority of the food.
Today it was a humbling experience serving the dinner to people so much more less fortunate than us. I was holding back tears at one point and am so bloody thankful for the life we have.

Aiden and Lucy

Goth girl

A fun night, Holly and Natalie took Lucy and Natalie trick or treating and the boys went off alone. We sat on the deck with Peter and Bronte and had a lovely night!
