Toilet training has begun!

I have been putting off toilet training now for a couple of months (for my own selfish reasons -it's so much easier in summer!) but after a few days of close to dry nappies and a month of poos in the toilet, I decided it was high time to ditch the nappies. Day 1 was yesterday and ... No accidents!! Lets hope it's that easy!
