Today marked my last day of working from home!!! 6 weeks supporting kids from home, who would have thought!!!
We finished up and went for a walk/ride to the cafe, hopefully we can keep this up after school and work next week.
While we were walking Harry decided he wanted to make gnocchi for dinner. I was a little hesitant as I’ve never made it before, but Harry was pretty confident that he could make it by him self. After we clarified the ratio of ingredients with Andrew, he set to work, unaided by me, and blew me away by making gnocchi! He even remembered the ice bath (which I didn’t know!) AND it was delicious!! So bloody proud of him, his car and meticulous actions were beyond impressive. Love this boy 💙
