I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of you, Luce.You’ve taken to netball umpiring so naturally, and the progress you’ve made in such a short time is amazing!
Yesterday you umpired two games, including an opens match, and today you stepped up at a rep tournament. You’re confident, composed, and resilient. I know you’re not the biggest fan of feedback, but you grit your teeth and take it on like a champ, and that shows real strength.
I love you so much and couldn’t be prouder of everything you’re achieving!
