Billanook Christmas Concert!

Holly's final hurrah was last Wednesday night. She had her xmas concert. It was just gorgeous, Miss Hollie will be sadly missed next year, she put so much work into Holly's class this year. The kids, dressed as elves, sang their little hearts out and didn't miss a beat. It seems so sad to leave all her ( and my) friends, but we both know we will still see them and there will be a whole new chapter of friends next year.

Last night Andrew and Mark and Brendan put up our outdoor lights! They look so pretty!

Morning funny

Harry was lying in bed with me this morning playing with my hair and he said "you have a bum pin!" "a what?" I said. "A bum pin"
I realized a second later he was pointing to a bobby pin in my hair!!

Lucys actual birthday

The Party

A visit from the Tooth Fairy!

About 2 weeks ago now (yes I know, I am very slack!) Holly lost her very first tooth!
It was funny the way it happened, we visited Tilly (our denist and friend) for a check up and she discovered Hollys wobbly tooth. Well, Hol has been dying for a wobbly tooth for about a year now, and I think she almost leapt out of the dentist chair when she told her. You couldn't wipe the smile and excitement off her face for the next two days.  It then took about 3 weeks of solid wobbling and a turn at bobbing for apples at a birthday party for it to finally come out!
This little monkey was beside herself with excitement, we put it out in a bag that Grandma bought her at a fete and the toothfairy left $4 for her very first tooth.  She was also lucky enough to leave the tooth and a note that said she could keep it for her baby book!!
Isn't she a little spunk! She is such a gorgeous little person.  This was from the day of her actual birthday.

Lucys face lights up when she sees Andrew, she gets so excited and usually launches herself at him!
Holly and Alana, about to go to Alanas 8th birthday party - a country hoe down!

Harry and I made Lucys birthday cake for her birthday dinner at home. Grandma, Pa and Aunty Katie joined us.
