After months of watching, waiting and singing to our little plants, we have finally started eating from our gorgeous little vegie patch!!!!
The carrots didn't work so well!
but we have a bucket load of cucumbers
and the capsicums have just poped up
and this week we ate an entire salad from our little garden!!!

That is awesome! Your next bunch of carrots and beetroots will be better- your first harvest loosens the soil so the roots of the plants (or bulbs in this case!) can burrow and grow more easily. Let me know when you want some worm wee and then watch them explode!
