Frizzy hair!

As any girl with dead straight hair knows, the only thing you every dream to have is curly or frizzy hair! Holly, since about the age of 18 months old has loved getting frizzy hair, today was no exception.

Teddy Blue has a bath!

Yesterday Harry gave Teddy Blue (his favourite teddy) and Little Teddy a bath. He was so excited to be in charge of bathing him, which was good because he had his heart set on giving him a shower!
We can't go any where with out Harry kissing things, recently its the stone wombat at kinder in the garden!

Paper chains

Yesterday Holly and I were on a mission to make paper chains. So when Harry went to bed, we set ourselves up on the couch and off we went!  Holly did the whole lot herself, she folded the paper to get the creases, cut all the strips out, lined up all the sticky tape, and then put them all together.  It was really fun, and now her room is bursting with more colour with chains all around!

A nice relaxing afternoon activity.

Out and about

on our way to swimming this morning

 An afternoon of painting

Holly was using Harry as her very own baby doll the other day, she put him to sleep and made him stay there.

Another haircut with the fabulous Betty
Holly was so excited to take me to the park last week to show me how she climbs up and over the jungle gym, such a brave little girl

A visit from Aunty Nickee

Aunty Nickee popped in last night on her way home to show us her new chickens - they were so CUTE!

But if they turn out to be roosters, they will be chicken parmigiana - no cock-a-doodle-dooing at 5am at Nickees house!
Harry thought Nickee was really going to eat one! Only kidding - he was actually a bit scared of them? Not like Harry at all, but he definitely kept his distance.

Nickee and Holly playing with her Mac and the green screen - they made Holly fly!

Breaky at Jells Park

Enjoying the sunshine at Jells Park this morning. Breakfast and then off to the park ... like our babycino faces???
Holly thought this photo was hilarious - she thought it looked like her skeleton!
standing over the ducted heating vent
We have had the most amazing weather for the past week or so. We  have spent as much time out doors as possible - picnic are the kids favourite - and they like to prepare them themselves.
A very very small shindig for Mamma's birthday last week - a very quiet birthday. Mamma has vowed that next year will be a blinder!!

Star of the week!

Holly has been counting down the sleeps for the past week for today to arrive.  This week she was star of the week.  She had a special chair to sit on, she got to talk ALL about herself to the class, show baby photos and family photos, distribute the lunch place mats and be in the spotlight for the week.  So far she has loved it.  But that wasn't all she was counting down the sleeps for, today Andrew did kinder duty with her! She was SO excited and has been waiting for almost a month for today to arrive!  He got to see her do her spiel to the class (which included telling everyone lettus was her favourite food??? and the Zebra was her favourite animal???)  She quite easily recited her phone numbers and our address.  Andrew stayed for the day and hung out in the playground with her and her friends - Holly was in her element!  Then then disappeared for a couple of hours and went out for lattes and cake! A very special Father and Daughter day.

Harry Pie

This boy is just too cute for words.  We cannot go anywhere with out him finding something to kiss and cuddle!  He is now sleeping in Holly's bed for his day sleep - which he love and was his choice.  His bed is on order, so its good practice!  Luckily he loves his sleep and doesn't try to get out and tells me to "Go Mummy" and practically pushes me out of the bed after a few stories!

23 weeks

My  belly last week at 23 weeks

I resorted to taking the "belly" shots myself, my good SLR is a bit big for Holly to hold properly so after a few attempts she gave up and told me to do it myself! Fair enough! Although while I was trying to take them, she came back with the other camera and this is what I found them doing!!
Pretending to be little birds in a nest!

Sibling photos ...

Trying to get a nice sibling photo!
